Josiah is a third generation carpenter with over fourteen years experience.  Coming from a long history in the construction and remodeling business, there was no question what avenue Josiah would take.  He has specialized in bathrooms, finished basements, kitchens and additions.  In 2009, he completed building his own, new construction home. 

Josiah started Precourt Remodeling in 2001 and has completed projects from Boston to Rhode Island.  His hands on approach is outstanding, working closely with his clients to ensure their vision is executed seamlessly.
